The first International Angel Day was Sept. 10th, 2006 and it became clear to Doreen Virtue that another part of the event was to bring in the light of global consciousness just before the 5th anniversary of the 9/11 attack. Also as a part of this special day, Doreen Virtue has asked the facilitators to donate a portion of the proceeds to a children’s charity.

On September 12th, 2010 we will be celebrating International Angel Day in conjunction with other events across the globe. This day is dedicated to angels, their purpose, and how they affect our lives. The purpose of the event is to increase awareness and offer ways to connect with your guardian angels and archangels to bring clarity, purpose and joy into your life.
