Personal Power
Power is somewhat of a mystery to me and
maybe for others, too. During a session, when I was
delivering angelic messages of ways to increase power, my
client responded with one word, 'selfish,' and a slight
grin. Maybe I'm not the only one who gets confused about
power!
It seems that personal authority,
strength, faith, and integrity are all necessary ingredients
for power, but power can be defined in so many different
ways. If it has a negative influence, then it is considered
evil. If the influence is deemed positive and within the
boundaries of our social structure, power is good because it
is considered just. The world is witnessing many power
struggles, as well as what happens when individuals claim
their power.
Within relationships, the balance of power
seems essential for overall wellness. The power that I am
talking about is not the kind you can abuse or demand, but
more the kind you can command with respect and honor. Let's
use some of that kind of power to get a whisper from an
angel:
This will be a time when many people
will own the power from within and, by doing so will
ultimately bring a balance to power in the world. The days
of individual domination through the use of old paradigms
are reaching a conclusion. It is the mind that will
command the use of power, and intelligence that will
reject those who wish to abuse power.
Personal power and authority will become the individual
mandate for life beyond 2012, with some focus on the root
energy. Taking care of yourself to the highest level will
give you the strength and courage to take care of others.
Being grounded and centered builds a foundation of peace
and acceptance. Getting your heart rate up on a regular
basis, eating foods from the Earth, facing personal
responsibilities, and getting plenty of rest becomes the
recipe for success.
The balanced and grounded power you feel from within
manifests the brightest light you can shine. Higher
vibrations from your power structure help you identify
what or who is being served with your actions. The idea
that you are selfish to take care of yourself comes from
the old framework that supports being a martyr as the
ultimate spiritual warrior.
The future of the planet, the evolution of mankind, and
your search for peace are dependent on individual mandates
that leave the past behind and hold the future in the
light of truth. Your personal power and authority can be
the energy that feeds another with inspiration and
empowerment. Within personal power, you will find
self-love, truth, integrity, and a willingness to create
change.
Bring joy, ease suffering
and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
