Stress
This could be one of the most
disabling types of energy, especially the way it affects
our health and well-being. Everyone experiences stress,
yet it is largely ignored or discounted, or it's
incorporated into our lives in a way that can ultimately
mask the source and effects of stress.
Stress is the body's reaction to a
change that requires a physical, mental or emotional
adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation
or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous,
or anxious. "Reality is the leading cause of stress
amongst those in touch with it" is a quote by Lily Tomlin
that really speaks to the basic nature of life in general.
There are so many opportunities to
feel stress that it should be a priority to spend some
time focusing on stress relief. Keeping life simple,
making time for joy and play, addressing priorities and
well-thought-out action steps with intentions to release
stressful situations can all lead to a better quality of
life.
Stress seems to compromise all
areas of mind, body and spirit in ways that we might not
even be aware of. This makes it essential to stay
connected and in touch with the physical body, as this is
where we can find the most wisdom in dealing with
unhealthy choices. Let's see what the angels have to say
about stress in the form of a gentle and nourishing
whisper:
People often ignore their body and
the messages around the effects of stress. Like the tides
of the oceans, the human body feels the effects of the
natural cycles and rhythms of the planet. High pressure in
the atmosphere can remove chances for rain in much the
same way that the spirit is repressed from releasing tears
during times of extreme pressure. Without this release,
the body cannot go deeper into the lower-self energies.
The spirit of mankind is one that easily adapts to all
situations in order to ensure the survival of the species.
To integrate stress can have a damaging response from the
body that makes the cause unclear or not readily apparent,
as if coming on suddenly. That is why some focus in quiet
moments could help discern stress levels before they
become a serious compromise to your wellbeing.
Love, joy, faith, laughter and happiness can minimize the
effects of stress, and for this reason many are being led
to follow the heart's true desires. Relationships,
careers, creativity and life purpose forged without the
energy of love can have you facing choices in unexpected
ways due to the evolutionary path of mankind. This is the
time that mankind has waited for to leave the lower
energies and enter a life filled with positive transitions
and acceptance in order to fulfill destinies.
Release the pains of the past, follow the thread of love,
embrace a planet in flux and discover your heartsong in
order to leave stressful living behind and collect the
inheritance that is rightfully yours.
Bring joy, ease suffering
and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
