Heart
Searching to find the blessings
within the recent energy of the loss of my father, I found
similarities around the idea of looking for something that
is lost. I searched my soul like you would your apartment,
leaving no stone unturned (tee hee)! That process
uncovered many lessons which could be further described as
epiphanies. One lesson that stood out for me was around
the issues of the heart and the way I deal with those.
With everything that I know, my mind
seemed reasonably prepared for the eventual outcome
regarding his death. But my heart was not prepared for
something that was obvious to the mind. So how could I
prepare my heart? My feelings of the heart encouraged me to
release many times in the elevator, restrooms and in my
vehicle over that last few months, which must have prepared
me on some level.
So maybe it is a trick with a cosmic
design that teaches us like children throughout our lives.
The only separation between me and my heart comes from
within, and that statement could be applied to dreams,
truths and my relationship with a Highest Power. Man has
made up all kinds of excuses and ideas that evoke a myriad
of ways to find limitations, when really we are unlimited in
our potential.
The human body is an amazingly
complex chemistry system that challenges the best minds on
the planet in their understanding of how it works. There are
many ways to care for the heart, and I am learning for the
sake of my body, mind and spirit. And now a whisper from the
heart song of an angel:
The energy of the heart is the
most powerful unseen force in the Universe. There are many
ancient and modern symbols that represent the heart and
the energy of love, togetherness and sexual energy, some
that might surprise you. Being in the center of the torso,
the heart represents the center of the Universe and the
natural order of love.
You will discover that the collective movement of love
from each individual is the connection that binds everyone
together. The heart energy contains the mystery that life
presents, like the unseen force of the Highest Power. This
gives freedom to each person to decide the best way to
handle their heart. Some need firm boundaries around the
heart, while others can be more open to love without fear
of judgment.
It is wise to be cautious with matters of the heart, so
know your heart well and learn from lessons of love. Those
teachings will provide an opening for every aspect of life
and give you the expanding experience of self-love. Love,
forgiveness, joy, acceptance, understanding and freedom
are good for healing the heart, so engage in those
regularly.
If you teach only love, you will become the best student
of love. When you engage the heart in a balanced way of
entering into all your decisions, you will find the loving
peace that is part of your Divine inheritance on Earth.
Searching to find whatever sings to your heart will
illuminate the pathway to upper ethers otherwise know as
Heaven.

and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
