Belief System
One of the beauties of life is
that we get to choose a significant part of our existence,
thanks, in part, to our free will. A recent study shows
that people who are considered 'negative' live an average
of 7 fewer years that those who have a positive outlook on
life. Behind that half-empty glass is usually a person who
is basically unhappy with life and is choosing to focus on
the negative aspects.
Choosing to be happy can be directly tied to your belief
system, and so faith and your view of life can be
extremely important to the body, mind and spirit. What we
believe is a choice based on several factors, such as the
way we were raised, our environment, experiences and the
mental patterns we formed based on these aspects. A
person's individual belief system can refer to life
stance, world view, religion, philosophy and ideology.
I think we need to be careful with the way we treat our
thoughts in respect to the things mentioned above, and be
cautious with our minds, which can be just as fragile as
life itself. Everything we ingest can have consequences,
especially the thoughts we choose to entertain. Let's
entertain some thought around a whisper from an angel on
belief system:
Your spirituality is part of an
ever-changing landscape that revolves around your belief
system. Placing limitations on your beliefs can be a way
for you feel safe and secure as you experience contrasts
in order to create a slow, methodic rise to the surface of
unconditional love. Being stuck without movement within
those limitations can ultimately lead to unhappiness and
negativity.
There are simple ways for you to break free and expand
your feelings around spiritual teachings if you are
willing to explore options. The human body is a complex,
yet creative organism, designed to reach new heights in an
evolving state, and free will is in place to help you with
that ascension. An open mind can influence a heart opening
and an open heart can influence the belief system.
In one single instant, the wall in place around your
belief system can be torn down through experiences that
form new paradigms. The unlimited potential that exists
within you is best seen through the eyes of love, joy and
understanding, which are somewhat dependent on your
happiness. Every aspect of life can be viewed through the
lens of different perspectives, and it is up to each
individual to define the path of their happiness.
Your day-to-day choices in the minutia of life are like
pieces of a puzzle that, when fully assembled, create a
dazzling picture. Sometime this "big picture" cannot be
seen in each individual piece, but you can know it's there
with a vision and with foresight anchored in the highest
levels of faith. Choose each piece of the puzzle out of
laughter, joy and happiness in order to unveil the
glorious life you were born to live.
Bring joy, ease suffering
and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
